Artists: Tomasz Misztal

Tomasz Misztal was born in Zamosc, Poland and currently lives in Portland. He earned his Master of Fine Art and a Ph.D from the Academy of Fine Art in Gdansk, Poland. His art is figurative with abstract elements focussed on expression of the human condition and spirit. Misztal is primarily a sculptor who works in ceramic, plaster, bronze and mixed media as well as carved wood and stone. In addition to his 3D work, he will be showing his dry point prints.
